Returns
Please note that all our items are made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the items are damaged or defective upon receipt. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 21 days of receiving the product at kacie@auntiesaccessories.com to initiate the return process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
